I see a lot of talk in the forums about the Storm 2.
Does anybody have an estimate of when it will be released? Is it close enough where I should hold off buying the current Storm for the Storm 2 or should I not wait?
I am in need of a new phone with great browsing ability and the Storm seems to be my only BBerry option.
I would not expect the Storm 2 to hit the market until next summer at the earliest. It would be ridiculous if it was to be released in six months. This time last year we had some information on the Storm, there is nothing really on the Storm 2 so I don't see it sneaking up out of no where.
The storm 2 has been in the pipe since the storm has come out....everyone should realize that
RIM is going to keep banging out models until it officially beats the iphone. I would base buying
Or not buying a new phone on speculation about a product that doesn't even have a pic out yet

its POSSIBLE to have it this fall, but i agree, i dont think they'll get it done in time. i think RIM will do a lot more testing of their new products to avoid a "storm" situation happening again...
Don't wait. Head over to the local verizon store and get the Storm. I have had mine since the beginning of the month and my ******** has not gone down yet. Friggin thing is incredible. I will never go back to a cell phone again. Im hooked
