Well I finally got my desktop maanager software to recognize my device when its plugged into my computer. My problem now is that when I open up blackberry media sync, for some reson, it does not recognize my device, even though at the top of the window it displays my PIN. Then the computer no longer recognizes the device and I have to restart the computer to recognize it again. Any ideas?



My second question, can i simply drag and drop media files, i.e. pictures, mp3s, etc, onto the memory card icon when the device is connected?
