    I have been seeing this happening more and more in the past week with customers in my area. I am in Richmond, Va. Has anyone else in the area been having this issue? I've seen it twice today and I saw it a few times yesterday. Anyway here's how you fix it.



    1.) From the BlackBerry's desktop, find the Email Settings icon and click on it.

    1A.) If you see a login screen have the customer login then you'll see the following options (if you don't see a login screen skip to step 2):

    Email Accounts
    Change Device
    Language
    Password
    Service Books

    2.) Click Service Books.
    3.) Click Send Service Books.
    4.) Click ok at the next prompt.

    5.) Hit menu then scroll down to close.

    6.) The Browser will now work.

    Oh if this doesn't work you can always contact your service provider and have them re-send the service books to your device. Hope this helped someone.
