    when i try to add new application by using blackberry appworld the below error massage appeared
    BlackBerry App World requires that your device radio is turned on to continue.
    BlackBerry 9530 with v5.0.0.328.
    I have checked Pakistan in this page. BlackBerry - Thank You Gift
    All connections are on and active and the signal is GSM.
    By the way my mobile operator does not offer BB services to prepaid users. I have to convert it to postpaid.
    I was downloading repligo reader from the appworld.
    Kindly help.

    I have checked by pulling the battery out with the handset turned on. Problem is still there.

    BlackBerry World requires that your device radio is turned on to continue.

    BlackBerry Services are not active on my phone.
