Is there any phone provider in Spain where the blackberry 9550 fully works?

Does it work with Vodafone Spain?

Claro. I have one and live in the US but am a Spanish citizen and go to Spain regularly. If you have the 9550 already, I suggest getting a SIM card from Yoigo. Much cheaper than the plans from Vodafone. But you need to unlock the phone if it is not already unlocked.

I have a BB 9550 unlocked and gave it to a relative in Spain, but they were not able to use it with Movistar, at least the internet.

Does Vodafone and Yoigo include a text and data or only the phone?

Yoigo. El operador con tarifas baratas e ilimitadas de m�vil e internet las 24h.

The plans include voice, text, and data. You can buy an amount of usage and then refill or you can do a monthly plan. The data is 1Gb but you can alter the phone/text side depending on your needs.
