My Storm is acting very funky!! The screen is black but I can get a big battery symbol after removing the battery and plugging it in to be charged. My computer recognizes it but I can't back up my phone. Any ideas on how to fix this??
Also, if you've had your phone replaced by Verizon do you get a new phone or a factory re-certified phone?
