Do a search for media sync, its made by blackberry works great, I would post the link but I'm not allowed till I get 10 posts!!
You should be aware that music you purchased and downloaded through iTunes is DRM protected and will not play on the Storm. Music you copied from your own CDs should transfer and play fine.
Having said that, the following method worked for me to get my music on the Storm:
1. Go to Options > Memory and make sure Mass Storage Mode Support is set to ON and Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected is set to Prompt
2. Connect your Storm to your PC via USB
3. Click on Yes when the popup on the Storm asks if you want to Turn on Mass Storage Mode.
4. Open My Computer and look under devices with removable storage for a drive called BLACKBERRY2.
5. Open BLACKBERRY2 > BlackBerry > Music
6. Open your music storage folder on your PC
7. Drag and Drop files from music storage folder on PC to Music folder on Storm.
8. Before disconnecting your Storm, click on connection icon in PC tray and click on Safely remove USB Mass Storage Device.
Note: Depending on how many files you add, you may have to wait a bit when you open the Media Manager on your Storm before you can see or play them. The Storm has to scan them all and add them to its database when you first make changes to your media files.
This is the way I do it with my storm and it works great

So the numbers that are in front of the song in the folders wont show up on the storm like my iPod and in iTunes?
ok so I have a related question - I'm currently using a non-BB device and will be getting my first BB soon. I have a 16Gb microSD with about 11Mb files, all .wma format. Can I just pop the card in and have the BBm music player 'find' the files and play them?
Thanks folks.
I use iTunes sync and it works great. I use iTunes for the iPod Touch so transferring music via iTunes sync is best for me. You can also drag and drop music on your card and create playlist.
What I like about using iTunes is that I can transfer the same playlist to multiple devices and if I need to do restore on my blackberry I can sync it back up easy.
I use media sync by rim and it works great BUT it doesn't sync over album art. I have yet to get album art to work

I'm using Daniusoft Media Converter to strip drm so i can transfer my iTunes to my bb. it takes a while to strip so I haven't finished it up yet to see if it works.
Thank you Smuuth! :D Worked like a charm!
...DM.
I have found that in the Media Manager I am able to edit the song title and other info as well as add the album art too. I have been painstakingly been adding the artwork to all the songs that did not have it.
