Verizon is only selling me the BB Storm at full retail price. I am reading that BB will sell it for $199 with the instant rebate. If I buy it at BB can I just get it activated through Verizon with my current plan?

you wont ever find a brand new cell phone for 200 without a contract attached to it. if verizon is telling you that high price then you are getting that from everywhere

then again if you are eligible for an upgrade like you say then why did verizon tell you the full retail price?
