hey there and welcome to CB. I didn't really find a definitive answer on this site and I did want to inform you of the search feature as well if you didn't notice it however after a small search on google I came up with a few sources one of them being BG that claims that the device pretty much comes preinstalled with a 8gb card from best buy or verizon. I would also think that bestbuy wouldn't want to not include it why would anyone buy it from best buy if it didn't.

Its listed on the box as comming with the 8gb card. There is almost no way that BestBuy would be selling different boxed versions of the phone.

I thought maybe they were including the bluetooth instead. Only time will tell

I am a best buy mobile consultant. And I met with my verizon rep yesterday, got to have a chance to play with the storm a little bit. But he confirmed with me that ours would definitly come with an 8 GB card preinstalled.
