I know the phone is transefring contacts becuase When I switch the sync 'to computor', all the contacts delete off my phone. but nothing shows up in outlook.

When I switch the sync 'to device' all the contacts show up again. but only the original contacts that were in the phone, not the contacts exclusive to outlook.

whats going on here, any ideas?
