When I got my BB storm, Messenger was pre-loaded. A couple weeks ago, it was upgraded via the Verizon gods. Since then, BB Messenger disappered. I tried to download it back on and it says my OS does not support BB Messenger. I've called Verizon who called RIM and it still can't load. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
If it gets removed from the device you must load it again through the Desktop Manager on your PC...it can't be done OTA on the device. Once you are connected go to apps, then make sure bb messenger is checked and install. Should be good from there.
