BBMaps is available for free as part of your operating system. If it's not installed on your 9530, run the Desktop Manager App Loader. Check the box for BBMaps and the App Loader will install it.

Reboot your computer. Plug in device>open DM>Apploader>add/remove and put a check mark in the BB Maps box and select finish.

I have BB maps on my phone, but when I start it up it doesnt seem to be able to load whatever map it is trying to load....

any ideas? Also...does the phone have GPS that it uses to pinpoint a location or do we always have to enter our current address?

I was able to do some directions today but only by inputting a start and finish point.

    Thanks

Crucial thanks got it up and running.

Chcougar1 I think verizon has the gps locked to work only with vznavigator which I will refuse to pay 9.99 a month for something i could do for free with a $99.99 gps guidance device. I would prefer to do everything with one device.

I just played with mine some more and go to options then to advanced options click on GPS set gps to location instead of 911 only and it located my position almost instantly
