I got my replacement about 3 weeks ago and couldn't pinch the clips that hold the battery door on the side. I've never had to do a battery pull up to this point bc I use quickpull but I'm thinking about the future. Anyone else have this issue where the clips seem to be jammed? I'm just hoping I Don't break anything by using too much force.

Push down firm on the battery door. Then lie the device down flat on your leg and use one or both hands to pull back the tabs.
