Love my Storm, but have recently found two issues...
1.) When backing up my BB, I get this message at the completion of backing up the "Handheld Agent" that the backup is unsuccessful. Is there somethng I'm not doing or something I can do to complete the backup?
2.) Also, when I use BBmsgr sometimes my BB shuts off and then has to restart with the whole "White Hourglass of Death"
