When I attempt to backup my 9530 prior to installing the new upgrade OS, it bombs out at the Bluetooth Options with an Unknown Error.

Any ideas how to get past this?

This question has been asked many times but the answers don't always work and the threads just keep getting pushed down the line until answers dry up.
