I apologize if this isn't the correct area for this post, but wasn't sure where to put it and because its centered around upgrading to .99, figured this was it close enough. Feel free to move if needed.
I'm at work and trying to backup my phone for the first time (on this computer) so that I can upgrade to .99. I've just downloaded DM 4.7, CrackMem, and JL_Cmder. No problems on intalling any of them. I was able to successfully backup just my third party apps the way CX advised in one of his posts. However, when I try to do just a normal backup of all my phone information, it stops about halfway through "Backing up onboard device info" with an "unknown error." I cleared all browser cache info (from the phone browser and Bolt), closed all programs, rebooted phone and computer, and even did Memory Cleaner. same problem.
Has anyone else had this problem and figured out a way around it? Any help is greatly appreciated!
