How long should it take to back up my phone. It's taking forever on the "backing up on-board device memory..." I have a new phone to go pick up at Telus and I don't want to lose all my data.

Ps. I already cleared the browser caches.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all.

mine takes maybe 2 minutes at most and never really "hangs" on anything

+1 on that, it should only take a couple of minutes.

Don't forget to also do a third party backup.
