    I am having trouble backing up data....It stops on Handheld Agent and gives me an error..... I never had any trouble backing up the curve...I searched and found to delete browser cache, which I did, but it didnt help....

    I have the same issue. I have to go and do a manual back up by choosing databases i want to back-up - which is really annoying.

    Anybody have any advice?
