I have a Storm and the typing lag is terrible. The lag is so awful that when I type a 9 word sentence, by the time I am done I have to sit there and wait for the phone to catch up and it gets so far behind that it seems like it gets confused and just types gibberish and doesn't even finish the sentence. I love this phone, but I'm so disappointed with the terrible lag. I have watched several video reviews online and the phone is much faster than what I am experiencing.
What can I do to fix this? Is there an app or something I can download? I have version 4.7.0.75.

Thanks to both of you! I did change it and I was hopeful that it would work, but it hasn't made a difference. Is so frustrating because Its taking about 2-3 seconds for each letter to type. I just got it on Friday and I don't remember it being this bad until today. A little lag I can handle, but this is crazy. I love the phone and I don't want to have to take it back because of this.
While you are at it you may want to check out the 3rd party apps thread and get quick pull it lets you "simulate" a batt pull without pulling the battery...Good luck and keep asking questions if you get stuck....
