ok so ive read dat the micro usb does not support video out so does dat mean sound as well? and as i read it doesnt look like the 3.5mm jack supports video out either so if i sould get sound through a cable dat would be awesome...now i do not have 3.5 to 3.5...i have a 3.5 to 3 cable out...if dat makes sense..(red,white,yellow)my radio in car doesnt have the inputs for a 3.5 nor a usb jus cables...so can dis be done? i know alot for a newb? but i appreciate any help i can get

The 3.5mm jack is only for audio (left, right, mic), not video. The micro USB is only for data and/or power.

You can output sound via the 3.5mm jack to any stereo receiver using a standard audio cable. If your car receive has composite inputs (what you're describing as red/white/yellow), you'll need an adapter that goes from 3.5mm stereo to red/white. Places like radio shack sell them.
