All my emails go to storm but they show as having been read on my computer, this problem just started but it is driving me crazy, bb said it is an aol problem and aol said bb help!!!!!
well what you do is get the number of one of the reps, call the other company, and then conference call. that's what they should have done in the first place.
call back to RIM and ask them to conference call with AOL and see if they can work it out.
