in all the leaks we are getting in the copyrights section it says: Copyright 1997 - 2008. last time i looked its 2009 so this must mean that we are at least 3 months behind in OS leaks. kinda crazy to think what they are working on now like everyones been saying .130 and stuff

Just means the copyright hasn't been updated. The builds were compiled recently, you can tell from the files themselves.
