Hopefully in conjunction with a Moderator, an official change log.
Similar to what we see when other software is updated - especially drivers. The moderator could lock the post and the individual charged with keeping it updated could gather the changes from the last official OS to the latest leak and just update as necessary. So new users would instantly know what to expect if updating to a particular leaked OS. Might avoid some forum clogging.
