I have been trying to get this working since I got my phone but it will never fully connect no matter what compatability mode, run as administrator etc...

All my computers at home and at work are vista 64.

Is there another program I can use to wipe the phone? I don't want to try upgrading the firmware until I am sure I can roll back to what I already have.

The custom ringtone bug (peoples ringtones going off in meetings while phone is set to vibrate) and slow UI are really getting to me.

Yes. Its fairly simple. All you have to do is go into your jlcmdr program files folder and rename the file named Choice**(I forgot the original name of it) to just plain CHOICE with no extension. Then start up jlcmdr from the actual program files folder, not the shortcut. Should work on the first try.
