I've heard a few people say that they've had a drop in signal strength moving to the storm, but I've noticed a BIG difference in strength from my Moto Q to this phone. I live in a fairly rural part of New Jersey, and I've got 4/5 bars on 1xEV, whereas I had 2/5 yesterday on my Q. Needless to say I'm happy. Anyone else with this blessing?

I have also noticed better reception. I live in a large metropolitan area but I travel often to visit family that lives in rural farmland 2 hours away. With my previous Verizon phone (i760) and my fiance's Razr we would always lose reception at a specific area during our trip. I never lost reception when we visited this weekend and I was using my Storm.

And I as well. Before I could not use my Curve upstairs to surf web pages but now I can. I live in a large vzw heavy-metro area so it was a surprise that I had trouble before but NONE now!!
