Was with an iPhone friend today and he had the coolest application using the accelerometer. It was like a leveler tool right on the screen and I thought it was cool to actually see how sensitive it was. Anything like that out or in development for our storms?

There aren't any applications that make sure of the storm's accelerometer that I know about. But just like when the iPhone first came out, it took time for developers to make applications for it. I bet in a few months there will be many of the same and even better applications for the storm. On the other hand, there is a game called Nintaii that makes use of the accelerometer if you are interested.

Cool game but the version I was able to DL only used the touch screen not the accelerometer unless I was missing something.

Click the screen and the option menu should have the option to use the accelerometer.

it lets the device know if it is upright or on its side. It can then switch to landscape mode and back automatically.

Hopefully the accelerometer in any games and apps runs faster than it does when using the BB OS.
