    I just cant stand the amount of dust my screen has collected under it. There is at lest 100 specs of dust now. The click screen is also fading, so I am about to head to the local VW store and get a replacement. Any advice on things I need to do before this. Thanks

    call ahead and see if they have any in stock. if not, you may be better off calling verizon yourself and ordering a replacement. if you do that, just be sure to go directly to technical support and make sure they're sending you a brand new phone.

    Back it up at home and also make sure they swap your SD card if you have anything saved on it.
