I know this may sound silly, but i can only answer my phone when i press the green physical key. If i try to answer from the touch screen itself , nothing happens. I have had all the updates upto .100, and still the same. Can anyone advise?

On a serious note that sounds like a faulty device maybe think about getting a replacement.

does this happen in both landscape and portrait?

not sure, i will try to find out. Problem is when you turn the phone round everything spins, so seems easier to use physical key!!!!!

I always use physical key as my landscape/portrait seems to have a mind of its own when the phone rings. check ya pm bud

All 5 of mine have been hit or miss with the on-screen answer button.

Not a defect on your phone, just a sw bug.

I don't even try for the on-screen button, anymore.
