another click fix?
I've got a new sim card, but I don't want to throw away the old one yet, so I put the old sim card on top of the battery, near the sim card slot (almost the middle of the phone) I've been troubled with the way my phone clicks lately, specially at the bottom, above the bb button and back button, but after I put my sim card there, the click improves greatly, and the click at the part where it used to a bit different, a bit harder, seems to be a lot better too, the click is more even all over the screen...
but is this okay? is this putting too much pressure to the batter/phone:confused:
though it still clicks a bit differently at the bottom area that I mentioned, but still better though..

This has been done by alot of people. There is a post that says you should put a dime there and others use a business card and put it there. So maybe you could use one of those methods. Good luck!

I know about those, but no one ever mentioned about putting their sim card there, haha, so, just mentioning :)

So...it pretty much seems that one could stick just about anything behind the battery and as long as its not too much pressure and it works...its all good. I folded up a post-it-note and stuck behind mine...but does that mean imma start a new thread on it?
Common sense aint so common anymore it seems...lmao...

I used a piece of old credit card on the outside of my phone between the added plastic case from Verizon and the battery door. Worked too. There are many ways to accomplish this.... several can be seen on You Tube.

i have tried several, but the dime works best so far.

i used a similar method, but with a folded up piece of paper. I found that using the paper could allow me to add/removed pieces to change the degree of "help" i got from putting an object back there for the click issue.
