yeah im holding off too...i had .99 for a while and it was awesome...saw the hybrids and couldnt resist so im sticking with version 3 because there is no typing lag whatsoever...only problem is the homescreen scrolling is a little laggy. 103 has too many mixed reviews...

Because i feel like a higner build is imminent? We are almost equal or ahead of the 9500 so i feel like a new update will probably be soming soon .. Im on BES so i hate bothering my IT every 2 days to reactivate

From what i read the .99 I'm running isnt much diff then the .103 -- I hate not having the most up to date OS though so its driving me a little nuts

.103 is fine, but if you already have .99 it may not be worth the trouble. There's almost no difference between them. A little more speed, but it's very minimal. And the memory leaks are insane. I'd say if you have .99 or .103 you're in good shape until a more significant upgrade comes along.

You shouldn't need to bother IT even if your on BES. Can't you just install Desktop Manager at work, or better yet, VPN in and update?

Anyways, I'm holding off on .103 as well, this is the first update I haven't installed. A new one is definitely imminent and I question the source of this .103 that's out there...

There really isn't a huge difference between the different versions. I would just update once every 2 months if it is inconvienient to do or if you have to rely on your IT guy. By then you would have probably skipped over 10 + different versions and would feel like a HUGE difference.

I don't have it yet. But I think that's because I don't have access to a pc right now. .99 has been fine for me but I am seriously considering upgrading this weekend.

Been using .99 since it leaked and haven't had any problems with it so far. Its the best build I've used so far so I'm not upgrading to .103.

still running .75 i tried .103 but it didnt have korean font support so i couldnt use it (need for business emails)

I've upgraded to every leak (except for .103 ~ at this point why bother), and they've all been awful after the 2nd and 3rd days. .75, although a little slow, has been the best so far imo. I'm not going to judge RIM by these leaks though, although these builds have been truly disappointing.

Here's hoping for an official release soon, and by soon I mean (at least) by the end of the year, although there will probably be an official upgrade next month. If nothing else, this upgrade will probably add the real app store that we've been promised.

If this keeps up though, I will switch my phone at the end of the year.

This phone has not been what I expected.
