    Does anyone know if there is an allow outgoing calls while locked option on the Storm like on previous BBs?

    nope ... the storm will not lock during a call hints the cheek issue everyone is having.

    There is. Go to Options-->Password and scroll down to the very bottom where there is an option on whether or not to "Allow Outgoing Calls While Locked".
