Has anyone figured out a fix to the alert tones bug on .517 and .607 its really annoying i got a replacement phone and had to set everything back up but the alert tones aren't working and its super annoying id rather not have the option then not be able to use it
What bugs? I have 517 and I don't have any bugs concerning alert tones. The only thing I know is when I put my phone on vibrate, my custom alerts don't work. If someone calls me or text's me it will sound off that particular sound instead of vibrating. Is that what you mean?
Ok, I had the same problem until someone explained to me what to do. When you create a custom alert change the telephone number to where it doesn't have any spaces or hyphens. For example do not input phone number like this 555 555-5555. But like this 5555555555. Get it? Try it. It worked for me.
