I have an unlocked storm, currently using t-mobile, i'm not able to receive aim messages to my phone, all other texts work fine... Any solutions or ideas?
did you ever figure out why that isn't working for you?
i am having the same problem and it's really bothersome. i have to stay signed in to the aim client that is on the phone to be able to receive messages through aim. i used to have at&t and used the tilt for a year and didn't have to be signed in to the aim client to receive aim messages. my friends used to be able to send me a text from aim to my wireless number and i can't do that with the Storm on Verizon.
i did just have my number ported though, was thinking that might have something to do with it. any suggestions?
