I am REALLY FREAKED OUT!! I did the upgrade lastnight and just realized my damned browser is gone! It's not hidden, it's not on the menu...IT'S JUST GONE! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP! WHAT DO I DO NOW?!!

however I will give you the answer. Resend your service books..

its good to get familiar with resending your service books because when something isn't working such as email often this will fix it

It is also good to have a account made on the bis site
