Whenever I press & hold the menu button on my Storm (to bring up the list of running programs), among the list of running programs is "Application Center". Whenever I click on it to try and open it (with the intent of fully closing it), the menu just disappears. Nothing happens. I click on it, and the list just closes! How do I close the Application Center? Why is this problem occuring?

Open it up, go into the options and disable the automatically refresh list option.

Tried it. Disabled the auto refresh list option. Didn't fix it. Help me fix this.

Battery pull now that you've disabled would be my only other suggestion, assuming that after disabling you held down the back button or went to BB button > close and it was still open.

You can't fix it...it will always show..it is supposed to from what I was told.

When you hold down the BB key..it will always show phone, browser, home, application center, messages and bbm

Or I may be wrong...lol

Mine is doing the same thing... Plus I have a weird gold round icon that won't go away..
