I have a program that I access remotely thru a web browser.
It is an IP with a specified port (i.e. 123.45.0.1:8787)
Is there a way I can use my bb browser (or opera mini) to access it?
All I get are timeouts.

You should be able to simply use
http://123.45.0.1:8787
as the address. It works for me (that is when I use an address I have on a non-standard port).

Can't seem to get it to work.
I was hoping it was on the bb end, but it may well be a router issue.
