I've looked around but I can't figure it out. My problem is I downloaded .99 on my computer, after the installation wizard finished it asked if I want to open Desktop Manager, I chose yes. But after the Desktop Manager opens the update is no-where to be found. I chose application loader, and update applications. Did I do something wrong or am I just looking in the wrong place? Thanks for any info.

close DMgo to program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete vendor.xml

if you are on Vista, you may have multiple copies in other folders, do a search and delete these too

Launch DM and you should be able to update.
