Does anyone see this issue? The picture quality on .99 from the camera looks worst than previous OS, and will randomly reboot when going into camera mode.

I have no camera issues and the picture quality looks good (.99).

Interesting. Did you wipe before install? .99 works great for me except camera and no music cut off.

Nope, installed right over .75. I had .90 but it wasn't working for me.

I think the camera and picture quality actually got better with .99. .90 was just horrible with the camera, and a bunch of other things.

I agree. The .99 camera build is the best yet for me. The camera is very fast, saves properly, and images look good.

perhaps this relates to the reduced screen resolution in .99 or as some people are saying lower "color depth"

The camera quality in .99 has been the best so far for me, especially at night. My camera did crash the phone last night but I haven't been able to reproduce what caused it. Here is a pic I took last night in my hotel room trying to reproduce the crash. I took this pic in complete darkness, the TV wasn't even on........
