Hi All,
The speaker for the earpiece (not speakerphone) quit on my Storm 2. I thought it was maybe sw related so I wiped the phone and reinstalled the OS but no luck. The only way I can make calls now is on speakerphone. Any ideas? Phone wasn't dropped and hasn't gotten wet.

Contact Telus for warranty assistance. They will likely issue a replacement after testing a few things.
I went through 4 phones for the same issue. I think dust was getting into the speaker and distorting it. Bought a otterbox Mack daddy case and the phone would then reboot every time I took it out the holster!
