Can i update my phone that is a blackberry storm 9530 verizon, with a 9500 OS from a different carrier ?
can anyone help me in the process i want to use it on ATT and have an arabic language enable it on it

You can't install a 9500 OS on a 9530, regardless of carrier. You can only install a 9530 OS on a 9530.
