    My 9530 from Verizon Freezes up while booting when the blackberry logo is on the screen and the progress bar at the bottom is at about 2/3 full, I've tried pulling the battery numerous times, pulling the SIM card and the 8GB card out and rebooting, with and without them alternatively, My question is Is there any way to reset the Blackberry from outside the phone, As in not through the reset in the menus as I cannot access anything on my phone. Please Help!

    The only way to do a complete reboot is by removing the batter or using a third party app. I am not aware of any reset function in any of the menus. Which menu are you seeing a reset function?

    How long are you waiting for the phone to boot up? Mine takes upwards of 3 minutes to fully boot up.
