the 9500 has 2 speeds for internet connectivity 1) 3G speed which is high speed and 2) EDGE which is much slower than 3G. 3G speed is only supported on Verizon and Vodafone since the 3G chip frequencies are only supported by those carriers. Where are EDGE frequencies are supported by ATT and Tmobile. If you decided to use it on Tmobile you will need to follow certain steps to get the internet and email working on the network.
