does anyone have .83 and use a BES? if so are you having these issues:
video messages do not play?
phone freezing with both keyboards up?
black screen with verizon symbol in the middle?

I dunna what all the bis and BES stuff is, just a normal verizon consumer. But I have the problem where I turn it on and it doesn't go from the verizon screen, just black with the logo. Than if I press anything it shows my home screen for a second but than goes back the Verizon screen

1) Never recieved a video message so cant say
2) Not sure how both keyboards can be up at the same time, but I have not froze when rotating from portrait to landscape.
3) Yes, took three battery pulls before it went away.

Yeah I had it do that once. Not active mind you, you can just see an updated area where the QWERTY is overlapping the SureType.

bes is corporate email, bis is email like aol, yahoo, gmail, hotmail.....me and brother are having the same problem with the video messages and we are both on exchange. so i thought perhaps this would have something to do with it
