I find it unsettling that the discription that crackberry gave of this new BB flip phone incuded the bullet, "IS 6 Capable"

I will be crushed if we continue to get updates for OS5 and miss out on the goodies in OS6

Sorry, but nobody can really give you an answer to this. You're asking for a prediction into the future. I think we'll get it, but that's just my guess.

Not sure why this thread was necessary. There are two others talking about the exact same thing. I'd say that the SEARCH feature is your friend, but they are both high up on the 1st page, so not much by way of excuse.

When OS 5.0 came out, most of the devices that were unsupported were due to lack of memory to run the OS.

I would think that at the very least devices with 256MB (like the Storm2, Tour, for example), would be supported in the next version.

Of course, this is only my own speculation.
