Have tried twice to update my phone and I keep getting the same the thing. Something about the internet comes up and it has never gotten past the "downloading device software stage". Any help will be greatly appreciated.

are you on a mac or PC. If on a PC you can also go download the .328 files straight to your computer then load through: Computer< C:< Common Files< Research in Motion< App Loader.
If on a mac, just keep trying. Some people are having a problem with getting the full load. Not sure if this has to do with updating from a leaked OS to official on a Mac or an Official to Official.
I'm on a PC. I also have 2 leaked OS`s in my computer so would that be the problem? I will try again when in home from school.
