Was just wondering what some of the main differences are. Noticed that Lyricidal is now doubling up and doing hybrids for both and it appears to me that most people are happier with .419 due to some bugs in .591. I'm very happy loading the .419 hybrids (just loaded up .669) but I want to know what are some of the main benefits/disadvantages of each? Any replies are appreciated.

Civic made a number of comparisons between .419 and .591 because that's the OS she upgraded from. I recommend you check out her review for some of the information you're requesting...

i get music player problems with .419 so that gets annoying, but then i get a hidden keyboard in bbm group chats with .591, but to me .591 is better and the new hybrid for .591 just came out and im about to finish installing it.

awesome. I took a look at it and its quite detailed which was great.

I think ill stick with .419 at least till the glitches go away. I think its mostly curiosity anyways. But like the saying goes, if it aint broke don't fix it. So ill just leave my .419/.669 hybrid intact.

loaded .419 on the 9530 today after trying out .591, .591 was the 1st leaked OS i had loaded on the storm after getting .328 from verizon back in October. .419 seems to be alot more stable than .591 in many ways. not sure about battery life yet, but a couple days time will tell. may look into a hybrid soon enough as it is easier than i thought it would be to swap OS's on the berry...

I jus went back to .419 as well wit lyr .692 hybrid and it kicks ***.... .591 keyboard issue and radio were causing too many issues constantly for me

This is a subjective review...however, ran 419/692 hybrid for awhile, then switched to 591/692 hybrid. Seems the 591/692 runs faster. Battery life appears longer and more memory...with less overall memory loss. This is definitely one of the best hybrids I've used.

big winner for me was the radio in 591. very strong for me...

419 did not play well with my phone...it was constantly searching for a stronger signal...which then ran my battery down crazy quick. add that to the sms bug in 419 (random pop-up keyboard for the most part) and 591 was a no-brainer...for my device
