    I am unable to connect to Verizon 411. Verizon says it is problem in our BEZ Server but all settings have been verified. We have other Storm2's and they work fine. Anyone know of anything at the phone level that can be checked? I have pulled battery, reinstalled software, etc. with no luck. Help!!!
