    Not thing to sound like a smart*** but do you have it set up properly? If so go to options>advanced options>host routing table>menu>register now.

    Have you tried resending your service books? If not, log into your BIS and do so. That might fix the problem.


    Edit: I'm assuming that at one point you WERE getting emails and then they stopped.
