I believe they should be caps
My 1XEV is always on caps. I have seen it, in very few occassions, turn into small caps but then quickly changing back.
i installed .85 yesterday. when i did .83 i had bb messenger freezes which made me have to pull the battery. then i got the media card inserted thing that wouldnt go away. and id have to reset 3 times.. etc.. now with .85 it worked all day yesterday beautifully but then froze and it took 4 battery pulls to stop it from freezing? anyone else hving this problem. is there something can do rather than downgrade to .75?
when the phone firsts starts, am i suppossed to let the sim card decide what network im running? maybe a stupid question... should i just change the network to 1xev always? i really dont want to downgrade to .75
just change it to always be 1XEV, unless you plan on going out of the country
I always have mine set to 1XEV
I changed mine to 1xev and no lock ups so far:D:D:D:D:D
weatherbug wold not find location till 1XEV for anyone having problems
once changed...5 sec to find local channels
It's ringtones that I have assigned to contacts.
they didnt come with the phone though. right?
that's why...its a known glitch that has been there since .65
Which brings us back to my original question. After four new builds, why haven't they addresed this yet? I don't expect anyone to know, but since it's a known defect, I would think that they would do something about it.
i may be halucinating, but changing to 1XEV has fixed all my problems...its only been ten minutes but i couldn't get that far without freezing before.
time will tell...:)
Mine has been stable since this morning with multiple battery pulls. :D
its the multiple bp that i hate
because they are working on other glitches...just give it some time...
also...custom ringtones for contacts override all other ring settings
If this is the potential next official upgrade, can anyone predict when?
is there anyway to get a OTA link for the leaked software?
no one knows...its all up to the carriers
nope, unless someone knows how RIM goes about creating the OTA updates and then how to push it to users
Why not make these torrents so we don't have to worry about bandwidth?
this has already been covered...lets not rehash this topic
Sorry I meant after multiple reboots not battery pulls.
What was the conclusion because I seemed to have missed it?
