i think people just are excited to kep seeing what this phone can really do and the imporvments being made , and lets face it , most of us on here are somewhat techies and just like messing with things , wether it be OS's or 3rd party apps , you know the saying " boys like there toys " and that is no offense to any of the beautiful women on here that like there toys too LOL

I have a couple friends who work in RIM. One is on the software side of things. I told him about the .99 leak and he laughed saying they are trying to track down how leaked it lol. But than he laughed again saying he's been runnin .1??? or other for a while and he now loves his Storm. He used to hate it when it just came out b/c he got it on day with with all the bugs but now updated to the latest internal OS they have, he says its amazing. no real lag etc... But he wouldn't leak it to me lol for my Storm.

My biggest complaint is the typing lag when I am on WAP in the browser. SOOOO slow!! Hope this is addressed.

i said a leak would make the threads explode with comments (comments are generally a good thing on comment boards so thats a good thing) - not your creating a thread about it. i like the threads you make.

and it still is pretty funny they created a forum where posting doesnt count towards post count considering youve joked yourself about how you post stuff to keep threads active. not a bad thing, just sayin

I agree, I really need it to leak like soon. Like 4 or 5 today. Tonights all jacked up, an tommorow is swamped. I will be stuck if it doesn't leak soon. I have faith in BB397, he said it will pop an I believe him.

Yeah same here. I don't frequent the boards as much as a lot of you but I've noticed that trend too. I can't remember if any of the previous builds released on a weekday or not. I think 0.99 was Sat night/ Sun morning?

When actually using the phone now, the only things that really get in my way now are the lock/unlock being slow (it should really be instant), the typing lag, and memory constantly decreasing (although now it stays up there a lot longer then the previous builds). I just don't like the idea that every day or so I need to reset the phone. I know all the blackberrys are known to have this issue but there should be a way for it to automatically return to its original amount of memory after all the programs have been closed. I know it's easier said than done, but this would be huge. I guess it's not that big of a deal to have to reset it and take a few minutes out of the phone's on time every once in awhile though.

.90 was leaked on a wednesday night. .99 has performed well, but I still get misc freezes and the BBM freeze. When it gets going it is tight but then it freezes .

yep i agree, the main issues i have are slow unlock, the phone being ******** when i take it out of the holster, being stuck in landscape or having weird icons stuck on half the screen.

terrible typing lag in general with .99 makes it useless to type on.

and the data connectivity issue i have been having with .99, but not recently.

yes i am....whenever i try to end conversations it freezes aim on that menu...i can still scroll through the menu, but i can not get to anything else. Have to reset the phone to get aim to work again.
